Scope

These Website Terms apply to the CrewLAN Website, public download pages, support pages and the CrewLAN License Manager. Separate Software License Terms apply to the use of CrewLAN Host and CrewLAN workspaces.

Provider and Product Name

CrewLAN is a product name. The website and related services are operated by Jonas Zitzmann, Huellberg 2, 91344 Waischenfeld, Germany.

Purchases through Digistore24

Purchases are processed by Digistore24 as merchant of record. Digistore24 is responsible for checkout, payment processing, invoices, VAT handling and purchase-related refund processing. CrewLAN software, licensing, activation and product support are provided by Jonas Zitzmann.

Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, system requirements, download information and support information accurate. However, website content may be updated, corrected or changed at any time. Product claims are subject to the Software License Terms and technical documentation.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the website, License Manager, download infrastructure or support channels. Prohibited use includes attempts to bypass licensing, disrupt services, attack infrastructure, scrape data unlawfully, submit malware, impersonate others or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Availability

The website, download infrastructure and License Manager may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security measures, technical faults or circumstances outside our control. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, software, website texts, designs and other content are protected by intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms or the Software License Terms.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Website Terms. The current version will be made available on the CrewLAN Website.
